On behalf of Colonel Lamar Davis and in recognition of their benevolence, patriotism, and commitment to excellence, Troop L Captain Hiram Mason presents the Superintendent’s Civilian Award for Excellence to Willy Brown and Frank “Red” Foxworth. After Louisiana State Trooper George Baker’s line of duty death in 2020, Willy and Red quickly stepped in, pooled resources, and partnered with the LSTA to completely renovate the Baker home. These gentlemen never wavered in their support of Louisiana State Police, and they ensured Heather and Harper Baker were well taken care of — just as George would have wanted. Thank you, gentlemen, for all you’ve done and continue to do for our troopers and their families
